Each User is permitted to hold one Account on 833bet at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 833bet employs technical and procedural measures to detect multiple accounts and will close duplicate accounts, forfeiting any associated Bonus Funds and withholding withdrawals pending investigation.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, email address, and any other information requested. You are required to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your 833bet Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 833bet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.
You must notify 833bet support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or believe that your credentials have been compromised. 833bet may temporarily suspend an Account pending investigation where suspicious activity is detected, without prior notice to the Account holder.

5.1 833bet is required under its international gaming compliance framework to verify the identity of all Users before processing withdrawals. This KYC process is mandatory and non-optional.

6.2 All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — deposits made from an account or number belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and the Account being flagged for investigation.
6.3 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method. These limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your 833bet Account and are subject to change at 833bet's discretion with reasonable notice.
6.4 833bet does not charge deposit fees on standard payment methods. However, third-party processing fees charged by your bank or mobile money provider are your responsibility.
6.5 Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are credited at the exchange rate applicable at the time of receipt. Cryptocurrency transaction values are converted to PKR equivalent for account balance display purposes. Cryptocurrency deposits may be subject to additional verification steps under 833bet's AML procedures.
Depositing on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from third parties into your Account, is a serious violation of 833bet's Terms and anti-money laundering obligations. Such transactions will be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
7.1 Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from the Cashier section of your 833bet Account, subject to the conditions set out in this Section.
7.2 Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods that match the name on your 833bet Account and that have been verified as part of KYC. Withdrawals to unverified payment methods or to third-party accounts are not permitted.

8.2 General bonus conditions applicable to all 833bet promotions unless stated otherwise:

8.4 833bet's determination of whether bonus terms have been fulfilled, or whether bonus abuse has occurred, is final subject to the dispute process in Section 16.
All bets are subject to acceptance by 833bet. 833bet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any Wager at its discretion, including where odds were offered in error, where a bet exceeds applicable stake limits, or where there are grounds to suspect foul play or information asymmetry.
Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as reported by the applicable sports governing body or as verified through 833bet's official data providers. In the event of a data discrepancy, 833bet will use all reasonable means to determine the correct result before settling.
833bet may void a Wager in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or postponed beyond the applicable settlement period; the odds offered contained a manifest error; the market was suspended at the time the bet was placed due to a technical or data error; there is credible evidence of match-fixing or corrupt activity affecting the event.
Live in-play bets are accepted in real time and are subject to live market suspension at 833bet's discretion. Bets placed after the relevant event or outcome has occurred — whether due to delayed data feeds or otherwise — will be voided. 833bet is not liable for delays in live data affecting live bet placement or settlement.
All casino games hosted on 833bet use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Game results are determined solely by the RNG outcome and are not subject to manipulation by 833bet, the player, or any third party. 14.3 833bet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects.
